Stay for ten minutes or unwind for an hour. Your choice; take time for yourself to reset, relax and rejuvenate.

This philosophy is my focus and after 16 great years working in the health & beauty industry; the strings are off - I can truly dedicate myself and our spa to the ultimate wellness experience for our clients. On January 1st, 2020 I was humbled to start Warmth Sun Spa and excited to be a business owner.

The Capital Region has been home my entire life; Mechanicville CSD to Russell Sage & Saint Rose, Waterford to Malta. I love where we live and those long cold Winters quickly become comfortable Summers (or better yet Fall). Year round our spa has a service to wrap you in warmth.

Sharing this excitement with other supportive local businesses and our clients has meant so much to me. Our community and my spa family is just awesome. Thank you all.
